Zyrati Shipping Policy

At Zyrati, we work with international distribution centers to bring you the best products at the best prices. Because we ship from multiple global locations, please review our shipping policy carefully.

1. Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before they are dispatched.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 1–5 business days to be processed and prepared for shipment. Please note that this time is separate from the shipping/delivery time.

  • Custom Orders: Please be advised that certain items may require additional handling time depending on stock availability and order volume.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 10–25 business days depending on your location.

  • Peak Periods: During holiday seasons or high-volume sales events, shipping times may be extended.

  • Carrier Variations: Depending on your country and local postal service, delivery times may vary significantly. Zyrati is not responsible for delays caused by local postal carriers or customs clearance processes.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking information to update once you receive your notification, as the package must reach the international transit hub before tracking becomes active.

  • If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@zyrati.com so we can investigate the status with our logistics partners.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. Zyrati has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to most locations worldwide. However, if a shipping carrier is unable to deliver to a specific region due to international restrictions or force majeure (including but not limited to war, natural disasters, or strikes), we will notify you and issue a refund for the order if it cannot be fulfilled.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses in certain countries. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Zyrati is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Stolen Packages: If the courier tracking indicates that a package has been "Delivered," Zyrati is not responsible for loss or theft. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.
